Bailong River Basin is one area of the serious geological disasters in China, geological disaster brought great loss to the lives and property of the people of the region and the society. Constructing the perfect monitoring and prevention system is the needs of the regional geological disaster prevention and mitigation, and also is today’s world hotspot.According to the drawbacks of the traditional monitoring and early warning, geography of ArcGIS Server processing service as the core, developed geological disaster monitoring and warning system that is based on WEBGIS, the mobile Internet. The system has the fuction of data acquisition, data transmission, data released, invoke geographic processing services, publishing service, dynamic simulation monitoring value distribution and risk evaluation results. The system provides efficient, scientific and timely technical support for monitoring and prevention of geological disasters for the Bailong River Basin.Firstly, the paper expounds research technology status and research results for monitoring and early warning of geological disasters at home and abroad, then introduces the monitoring and early warning status in the study area, and analyzes the shortcomings. Proposes the visualization dynamic monitoring and early warning model that is based on geoprocessing service to solve these problems. Designs the scheme of the dynamic monitoring and early warning model and the way of Realization of technical means. Then summarizes the the network based M2M technology, geoprocessing service and spatial information visualization theory and realization method.Secondly, mainly expounds the database construction of study area. introduces the layout of sensors of three key areas, the monitoring data structure, and the influence factors of geological disasters of study area in detail. For the monitoring and early warning of geological disasters in the study area mention spatial analysis provides strong data support.Nextly, expounds the release of the monitoring data, the establishment of service of the dynamic monitoring model, the establishment of service of geological hazard evaluation based on logistic regression, and publishes these service. Transplants these features to mobile platform, through the mobile network establishes the expert interactive platform to further group policy and group prevention.Finaly, using ArcGIS Server as platform to develop geological disasters monitoring and warning system for Bailong River basin. By one year of the trial, demonstrates the applicability and the generality of geological disaster monitoring and early warning model.
