The geological environment is very fragile under internal and external agencies, with steep mountains,complex geological structure,strong new tectonic activity and the addition of heavy rainfall during the rainy season, in the alpine and gorge areas of the Southwest of our country.With the rapid development of national economy, human activity on geological environment transformation and destruction is growings a variety of progressive landslide occurred thereupon, especially some ancient landslide resurrection, which caused serious social stability social harm to people’s lives and property.since the 1# landslide of songmai village was showing signs of revival In front of the strong deformation zone at March 2012. In this paper, a preliminary summary of rapid emergency disposal methodology for the sudden landslide disaster by taking its emergency disposal of the whole process as an example. On this basis, from the three aspects of the emergency phase, emergency disposal, emergency management,with seizing the keys of monitoring and early warning, emergency treatment method, emergency command,the emergency rescue and engineering practice in the 1# landslide of songmai village takes good effect.(1) Finding out the basic characteristics, analysis of resurrection mechanism by using means such as field investigation and analysis, emergency drilling, testing, monitoring and the construction geological condition revealed。(2) according to deformation stage of the resurrection body and the Disposal principle of the first emergency disposal to stop the slid and the after comprehensive treatment, To evaluate the stability evaluation of the resurrection at different and successive stages such as "the emergency phase-load back pressure disposal", "emergency rescue and treatment stage of pseudo-" anchor&steel pipe pile " construction "comprehensive emergency management stage-anti slide pile construction ".(3) From the emergency management level, implementing all levels of emergency plan strictly and carrying out the overall command and coordination efficiently to put forward scientific and reasonable emergency measures, and timely to implement implementation.(4) In the three stages such as rescue, emergency management and emergency comprehensive management, respectively from the order of emergency disposal measures, exploration and design of disposal practices and monitoring, project implementation etc to expounds the disposal of engineering practice. Monitoring shows that the treatment effect is good.(5) Based on Fast emergency disposal engineering practice of Songmai village 1# landslide,some suggestions are put forward from two aspects about project management and technology.
