Due to the satellite rotation of the rotating-parts at high speed, rotation of the payload scanning system, the stepping motion of the controlled components mechanical, the thermal motion of the thermal control components such as the cryogenic compressors and shutters, the forced vibration of large flexible structures and heat distortion disturbance induced by alternating hot and cold and other reasons during the high-resolution satellite orbiting, spacecraft produce a lower-amplitude, higher-frequency micro-vibration effect. Usually, we called it flutter. When the satellite is working properly, the spaceborne components may generate flutter effect. Because of that, the images of photos become blurred which is shot by satellite. When seriously, it will affect the progress of the image interpretation information extraction work. It can be seen, flutter is an important factor which restricting the high-resolution remote sensing image quality. In order to make remote sensing image quality further improved, we need solving these issues about that.Currently, most Chinese researchers have put forward some theoretical ideas which are focused on the structural improvements of satellite in-orbit components. While, remote sensing image quality degradation and flutter parameters model establishment are rarely studied. This subject is based on the flutter environmental simulation of the vibration table. Through the analysis and study of the experimental data of the simulation experiment, the degradation model in different flutter model will be established. The main research work is as follows:First, obtain remote sensing images drift condition in different parameters flutter effect. And analyze the flutter effect on the image quality of the change process theoretically. Then, superimpose all the images with ERDAS software which are changed within a cycle of the gathered images when the instantaneous field of view is changed. So, we will obtain sensing imaging situation in the corresponding parameters. Finally, the correspondence between parameters and image quality will be obtained. Then, deal with the data of the conclusion by MATLAB software, and make the appropriate curve. After that, all the parameters of the output signals of vibration table must be compared with the curves of each parameter of the images which is produced by the instantaneous field of view shifted. Finally, we will get the conclusions about the relationship between the flutter and image quality. After the establishment of flutter model, scoring for the different clarity of image on the corresponding flutter parameters, and evaluate the image quality from the perspective of the visual effects. At last, we can compared the evaluation results with the theoretical model above, and to verify the theoretical model operability on the practical effect.
