Yitong Basin is located in the belt of west region of Jiamusi-Yitiong fault zone which is on the north of Tanlu fault. It’s area is 3500km2. A few times petroleum geology research has showed that Chaluhe’s dark mudstone is the most thick. But the proven oil reserve is lower in Chaluhe fault. The hydrocarbon origin is still puzzled in Luxiang fault Wuxing tectonic zone, that leads to shallow exploration and development of this area. There are three groups of hydrocarbon source rocks in Yitong Basin. They are Eocene Shuangyang group, Sheling group and Yongji group source rocks. On the basis of a comprehensive evaluation of hydrocarbon source rock in Yitong Basin, the planat distribution characteristics, the influences, the type of organic and the organic matter maturity distribution are very different, reflecting the different contribution of oil or gas forming. From the vertical perspective, the pattern is showed that the older the hydrocarbon source rock is, the generating capecity is better in the study area. The hydrocarbon source rock of Shuangyang group has a high organic matter development, a high influence and moderate maturity, that is the main source rock in Yitong Basin. From the horizontal view, Chaluhe fault has the most groups of hydrocarbon, Luxiang fault is the second, and Moliqing fault has the least. The oil geochemical characteristics is similar in Yitong Basin. The detail of oil source correlation shows the different oil source, but it can explain the similar type of kerogen in Yitong Basin. The oil property between Chaluhe、Luxiang and Moliqing is different probably due to the deep depression and high maturity in the Chaluhe fault.
