Choose polycarbonate and ABS which are two kinds of resin material as the research object. Analysis on the destruction mechanism of polymer materials at present. Use surface crack of the three dimensional cracks.According to GB/T528-2009, to determine the dimensions of a tension specimen and use workbench to do the related finite element analysis.Set related parameters of two materials.Set up local coordinate system, generate 3-d surface crack in the intermediate position of the artifacts, give full consideration to the singularity of the crack tip.Impose constraints on the entity model and boundary conditions, and at the same time applying sinusoidal alternating load.Analyse the frequency and the maximum stress value how to influence stress intensity factor and of J integral of polycarbonate and ABS, two kinds of resin material;Analyze the different stress ratio and crack size hoe to influence on the stress intensity factor and J integral of the two kinds of resin materials;Analyse when the angle of the crack surface and the loads are different, they have some influence of the stress intensity factor and J integral of two kinds of resin materials.Through analysing these five factors influence the stress intensity factor and J integral of the two kinds of resin material, I found that the frequency of the applied load affect the stress intensity factor of resin materials and J integral selective; With the increase of maximum stress value, the value is increased; The greater the stress ratio of the absolute value, the greater corresponding the value of stress intensity factor and J integral; When the crack length to diameter value less than or equal to the short diameter, the maximum stress intensity factor and the J integral values appear in the crack of the two endpoints, rather than a crack in the middle of the position; As the crack surface and the increase of the applied load Angle, the stress intensity factor and the J integral value is increased.
