In recent years, with the development of computer and network, the field of 3D modeling technology and virtual reality technology are more and more attention. Three dimensional electromagnetic simulation is one of the application direction of 3D electromagnetic simulation refers to simulation of electromagnetic field components of the physical world with the construction of three-dimensional model, to simulate the experimental operation of the actual components and then through the simulation calculation for the model. In traditional methods, design and production is generally through the designer to draw the model of electromagnetic field of mold products, and then produce some samples, and then carried out experiments on these samples, last modified model reproduction samples to test, until the meet the requirements of the product. The continuous drawing production samples to test the model, not only time-consuming and for small businesses is a big sum of expenses, thus making the design innovation of these products limited in some large enterprise. However, with the development of technology of rapid simulation, produces the computer and simulat ion combined with 3D computer model to simulate the reality of the situation, designers can directly use the software to create 3D model in computer, through the simulation analysis to evaluate the reliability and feasibility of the design scheme, it not o nly save time, but also save enterprise development cost, design R & D makes SMEs can also participate in the product too.This thesis contrapose the existing problem, such as the simulation calculation problem, the results show problem. With the in-depth study, the following results can be achieved:1. In view of the need for analysis of the current situation at home and abroad in the calculation of 3D electromagnetic simulation parameters and results output, focuses on the analysis of the finite element method and the three-dimensional map display method, and of them in the 3D electromagnetic simulation after the application of a large number of experiments, this paper has made the research contents and technical route.2. In view of the need for accurate calculation of various characteristic parameters of simulation model in 3D electromagnetic simulation system of this question, this chapter in the analysis of various parameters calculation method, combined with the system of parameters calculation accuracy requirement, the method proposed by using finite element method to calculate the 3D electromagnetic simulation parameters. The finite element method can be conveniently calculated from the simulation results, and the accuracy of the results is high, can adapt to a variety of complex entity model.3. In view of the need for the calculation results and various forms of visual output 3D electromagnetic simulation, based on analyzing the various results on the output, with the actual demand, proposed by chart, Smith chart, a three-dimensional map and so on, so that the output result is clear and intuitive.
