Huo-Ma-Tu articline zone in the Southern Junggar Basin is located in the piedmont of North Tianshan Mountain. Its east starts from Bogeda Mountain, west to Jing River, north to the line of WuSu-QuanTun-Shihezi-Hutubi-Changji, The area of it is about 24000km2, it was a multi-cyclic depression which was formed during Xishan Movement. Huo-Ma-Tuo articline zone is located in a secondary tectonic units of a thrust belt in the piedmont of North Tianshan Mountain, bounded south by QiGu fault-fold belt, north by a southern slope zone of Central Depression. The front periphery belt of the fold-thrust belt is was formed en echelon folds which were formed during the basement-involved of Tianshan Mountain toward north, it can be divided into 3 anticline belts.This paper’s Huo-Ma-Tu articline zone include the second and third articline zone, mainly Huoerguosi, Manasi and Tugulu articline which in the second articline zone and Dushanzi, Anjihai and Hutubi rticline which in the third articline zone.The area has undergone almost 80 years’ exploration history, It had been discovered a series of oil and gas field (DuShanzi oil field, HuTubi gas field and so on).Although gained some breakthrough but still can’t meet the requirements of oil and gas exploration. A multistage structural evolution made its geological condition is very complex ,oil-gas distribution and source,accumulation process and reservoir-forming rule haven’t get a clear and unified understanding.Along with the development of oil and gas exploration,those problems needed to be solved.This paper on the basis of the data of seismic,logging,oil production test,oil and gas analysis,binding the structural feature and evolution,sedimentary facies distribution and reservoir characteristics,through the analysis about total hydrocarbon geochemical characteristics of oil,gas and source rocks,determine the genetic and source of oil and gas.It was based on oil and gas distribution,combing with fluid inclusion,determined accumulation time by typical anatomical reservoirs to typical anatomical reservoirs to analyze the area of oil and gas accumulation process,providing the basis for the law in the area of hydrocarbon accumulation,it was meaningful to oil and gas’exploration.Research shows that, in the Jurassic hydrocarbon source rocks and the cretaceous source rocks as the main source of oil and gas in the study area, paleogene hydrocarbo n source rocks of AnjiHaihe formation of oil sources in DuShanZi area. And lower Jur assic hydrocarbon source rocks in a set of strata, organic matter type is mainly humic t ype, mature at the end of the cretaceous, late in paleogene hydrocarbon generation in g reat quantities, DuShanZi generated gases at the end of the stage. Cretaceous source ro cks mainly to sapropel type organic matter type, tower kosi began at the end of the sou rce, DuShanZi late a lot of oil.nji Haihe formation hydrocarbon source rocks due to the shallow depth, only to mature in DuShanZi area.The crude of Huo-Ma-Tu articline zone can be divided into two categories : the type A of crude oil occurs in Huoerguosi, Manasi,Tugulu,Anjihai and Hutubi anticl ine and the type B oil only occurs in Dushanzi anticline.The correlation between oils a nd source rocks reveals that the type A oil is mainly derived from the Cretaceous Hydr ocarbon Source Rock.The type B oil mainly from the source rocks of Anjihaihe format ion in Paleogene.Huo-Ma-Tuo articline zone’s gas includs pyrolytic gas and kerogen cracking gas.Above all,Manasi and Hutubi anticline’s gas’ thermal evolution degree is in a senior level,mainly of them is cracking gas,in other areas,the main gas is pyrolytic gas.Most of natural gas with carbon isotopic reversal phenomenon,for the gas mixture of homologous different thermal evolution stage.The δ13C2 of the gas in more than-28‰;In the light hydrocarbon composition,Isomerization alkane and cycloparaffin content more,it also rich in methyl cyclohexane as a typical coal-formed gas,mainly comes from Jurassic coal measures strata hydrocarbon source rocks.According to the analysis of hydrocarbon accumulation process,the second row anticline zone, namely the three anticline of Houmatu,has two pool-forming period. The first pool-forming period is the sedimentary period of Dushanzi Formation. On the basis of the analysis of inclusions homogenization temperature,the time of hydrocarbon charge is 13Ma-8Ma, it is charging of low maturity crude oil of the Cretaceous caused by recoil faulting. The Second pool-forming period is 6Ma-2Ma, it is charging of maturity crude oil of the Cretaceous caused and gas of the Jurassic by Shallow thrust faulting. The Dushanzi anticline and Anjihai anticline and Hutubi anticline of the second row anticline zone has the same accumulation period, the time of hydrocarbon charge is 6Ma-2Ma, It is caused by Shallow thrusts communicate accumulation of oil and gas sources.
