Many systems can be seen as a network system, which has a lot of nodes and edges between nodes. In the system nodes represent individuals, edges represent the role of the relationship between nodes. Information transmission between nodes can be regarded as the flow of information transmission. And transmission of information flow in the system depends on the relationship between the nodes.Between the nodes, the closer relationship it is, the more likely it is transmitting information flow. Aiming at the relationship between the nodes in the network, the paper based on the national natural science fund project "in the Internet information flow behavior characteristics analysis"(61373160), through two aspects of "encouraging" and "suppress" the flow of information to control the flow of information transmission. First of all, according to the relationship between the nodes in the network, extracting the common characteristics of different types of network,building the nodes relationship model, to study orientation of resources in P2 P network, using the relationship to find the optimal resources between the nodes in the network. Then in view of the flood risk information problems in the network, to develop the ecological safe operating mechanism, with the help of the relation between node relational immune defense strategy, inhibit the transmission of information flow in the danger. Paper main research work is as follows:(1) Designed to describe the relation model between the nodes.Extraction of different types of common elements between different nodes in the network communication, get the relationship between node strength measurement,namely node inter-atomic forces, as a "close" relation between two nodes in a network.Measure to judge according to the relationship between the two nodes information flow behavior.(2)Using the relation model between the nodes in the P2 P network resources to locate, "encouraging" in the network information transmission.To describe the relation model between the nodes, it is concluded that forcesbetween the nodes.The nodes inter-atomic forces applied to the P2 P network, the positioning of the resources in the network position, is the study of the characteristics of information flow in the network transmission, observed in the network resources can be effectively use, and use the Repast Simphony software simulation.(3) Build network safe operation mechanism, and use the relation between node relational immunization strategy, "suppression" in the network transmission of information flow in the danger.Ecological knowledge network, building the network safe operation mechanism.To describe the relationship between the nodes of forces, with the help of propagation model and the artificial immune technology, network information between against dangerous immune strategy.The use of MATLAB software simulation, verify the efficiency of the proposed relationship between immune strategy is higher than random immune, acquaintances, and target immune and other common strategy.
