Mongolians are nation who have a various knowledge based on the experience and observation of many years and made own contribution in the cultural fund of the population same other many nations. The life’s mind is generated from an ancient nature notion and it was crossed the historical long way until to the knowledge of the science and a real truth that confirmed about the essence of any things and science, knowledge about the nature. It was left and inherited to us through by the 2 sources of written and verbal. There aren’t nearly the country which not use and collect the berries and fruit on the filed in Mongolian country. It is relating with the special feature of the ecology and nature that grows the plants of field wild fruit and berries for the using and collecting in the any regions of Mongolia. The nations who inhabited on taiga of the bigger mountains such as Khangai, Khentii and Khuvsgul of our country use and collected mainly the fruit and berries such as cranberry, barberry, blackcurrants, blackberry, raspberry, cranberry bush, hawthorn, strawberry, black cherry, sea-buckthorn and but, the nations of the desert eat and collected mainly the fruits of barberry and Kharmag berry in the autumn producing period when grazing the cattle on the field and they have a tradition that eats and stored these fruits by a little measurement for the short term. In today, was used the planted fruit and berries non the wild fruit and berries of the field and lost the tradition which was been protected and used the wild fruit and berries of the field for own life and because, lacking a necessary knowledge about it’s scattering and how to use the wild fruit and berries of field.Thus, I want to study and compared with kind of the field fruit and berries that plants on the territory of Inner Mongolia as well as studied the science’s nomenclature of their berries and number of the classification and scattering, current using condition and life’s tradition that was been used the wild fruit and berries of Mongolian country. In view of this research work, doesn’t plant radically in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of People, Republic of China the fruit and berries of 8 kinds from the field wild fruit and berries of the about 30 kinds which grow in Mongolian country. Such as, there are the fruit and berries such as Rosa acicularis Lindley, Vaccinium myrtillus Linnaeus, Grossularia acicularis Smith, Ribes rubrum Linnaeus, Ribes nirum Linnaeus, Ribes altissimum Turcz.ex Polark and Berberies sibirica Pall. These plants grow and spread on the territory of the provinces and soum that included in the circles of Khangai, Khentii, Khuvgul and Mongolia.In Mongolian country, doesn’t grow radically the plants of the fruit and berries of 28 kinds from the plants of fruit and berries of about 48 kinds which grown on the territory of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of People, Republic of China. Such as, there are the plants of 28 kinds such as Pyrus ussuriensis Maxim, Asparagus gobicus lvan.ex Grub, Berberis caroli Schneid, Berberis vernae Schneid, Berberis poiretii Schneid.In view of, a large relatively the number of the plant kinds of fruit that grow on the territory of Mongolia Autonomous Region and dominates the plants that have feature of the field. It was determined the plants of the many kinds that used’by the purpose of only medicinal herbs and don’t used for the foods in Mongolia and although plants in both Mongolian country and Mongolia Autonomous Region of People, Republic of China.In particular, don’t used directly for the foods the plants of 8 kinds such as Lycium ruthenicum Murray, Calligonum mongolicum Turcz, Rosa davurica Pall, Ribes pulchellum Turcz. These are the plants that grow mainly in the desert, steppe and field of Mongolian country. Moreover, in framework of this research work, I have performed and made the science and research works such as to correct the wrong nomenclature that used in science and nomenclature of the wild fruit and berries of field that was named by the public. Mongolian people have named that fruit and berries by own minds after studied the appearance and growing environment, taste of that fruit and berries in order to name the wild fruit and berries of field from the ancient time and this nomenclature was been using until now. In other words, it is a few people to know about it if asked that Ribes altissimum Turcz.ex Pojark, Ribes rubrum Linnaeus and Ribes nigrum Linnaeus, honeysuckle and although, it is a certain that favorite fruits of all people if asked that blackberry, blackcurrants, and red currant.I have performed and made this research in Soums such as Bayndun, Bayn-Uul of Dornod province and Dadal, Binder of Khentii province, Jargalant of Tuv province of Mongolian country as a method of field research between 5th August,2014 from 24th July,2014 year. In order to perform this research work, I have used individually the research methods of the field and interview, referendum and the abovementioned research methods was stipulated certainly about to produce any products and how to prepare, when collected the field fruit and berries for the foods and so, I have used these research methods. As well as the Citizen who resides in Ulaanbaatar city of Mongolian country have involved in this survey too. In view of the research result, the citizen of local country have a large knowledge about the plants of fruit and berries of field compared with citizen who resides in Ulaanbaatar city and they sale and used these for own life and produced many kinds of food product.In other words, they use and made the products such as jam, drink, condensed juice, wine and as well as use by such as to drunk and eat mixed the fruitage with cream formed on boiled milk and oil, cream, whipping cream and curds. The fruit and berries are rich by a various vitamins to compare with other wild plants and so, it is very important for the health of the human. Moreover, the fruit and berries contain the many kinds of necessary substances for human body such as organic acid and tan. The tan improves the food digestion and supported the activity of the alimentary system of human body. The fruit and berries such as Marshwort and apricot, almond apricot include in the numbers of rare plants and these fruit used less but, the fruit and berries such as black berry, cranberry bush, sea-buckthorn, bilberry and blackcurrant, strawberry, black cherry include in the numbers of fruits that used widely.
