In recent years, with the intensification of economic globalization, risk trends to be complication and diversification on various aspects. For this reason, people who concerned about the risk are increase. So scholars are studying the risk theory deeper and deeper, especially on bankrupt theory. Most of the scholars are mainly focusing on the study of time to ruin, the surplus prior to ruin and the deficits until ruin, but the dividend combined with dividend strategy remains to be further studied. At the same time it will be more attractive for investors to invest if it pay dividends for them. So it is of certainly theoretical and practical to study of the expected total discounted until ruin at dual risk model.Firstly, this article describes some basic knowledges and methods about risk theory. Then taking into account the reality, the insurance companies assume different insurance business and meet different risks, so this article studies a independent binary dual risk model about the expected total discounted until ruin under the dividend threshold, and gets two integral-differential equations. At the same time it obtains that the barrier strategy is still the limit of threshold strategy in this case by the theoretical methods and numerical methods. Finally, because of the risk is highly complex and always correlation with other risk, the simple independent binary is unrealistic. Therefore, it studies the dividends about a dependence binary dual model perturbed by Brownian motion, and eventually it gets the expression about the expected total discounted until rum.In the end it makes a conclusion and gives a prospect to people about this article.
