With the rapid development of the oil logging technologies, the multiple detectors with controllable source and high pressure multiple detectors, based on the neutron logging principles, have been gaining an increasing wide application in the oil field. However, as a result of the serious damages from the underground complicate vibration environment, this equipment cannot always work normally. The research of this thesis is mainly focused on the anti-vibration performance of the equipment under the given vibration environment. With the structure dynamical simulation and analysis, we can try to determine the weaknesses of the structure and further to make some improvements for design as well as the structure anti-vibration performances.First, based on the model of the detector, the model simplification and modification method have been studied detailedly in the finite element simulation and analysis. Besides, the CAD/CAE converted technique is also demonstrated with the example of the data interference between Solidworks and Workbench.Second, the modal analysis, the three-axis random vibration response analysis and the three-axis harmonic response analysis have been conducted by using the ANSYS Workbench software. By synthesizing the results from the dynamic simulations and the random vibration tests, we get the conclusion that the detector cannot work normally as this environment, and find the weaknesses of the structure. Also, the direction for the improving design for the structure can be pointed out.Finally, according to the structural weaknesses, the improvement project has been proposed by adding the support structures, reselecting of the parts’ materials and reshaping of the rubber rings’ sections. Furthermore, with the consideration of the electrical and anti-vibration requirements for the structure as well as the engineering practices of the rubber rings, the final design project is determined. By comparing the results of the modal analysis and three-axis random vibration analysis of the final project with the initial one, the advancements have been verified on the vibration performances. For the final improvement of the high pressure multiple detector model to be conducted on the random vibration test, it is also proved that this new model can work normally under the given environment and the effectiveness of the model worked in the test angle。...
