In daily life, the collision can be seen everywhere.Such as tamping,forging press, hit the ball. there are also many microscopic collisions that we can’t see. such as atomic, nuclear, and the collision between subatomic particles. In mechanical systems, collision is ubiquitous, gap will cause collision.If the collision for a long time, it could cause equipment failure, or to speed up the strain, shorten the service life, etc. Therefore, it has important engineering significance for the study of the collision.We can know how to reduce reciprocating collision caused by the gap. This paper will make analysis on the following specific issues.Firstly,I built a two degree of freedom system. Its at the fixed point is obtained by numerical calculation of linear matrix, and then according to the result of calculation has carried on the matlab programming,.By selecting different parameters, draw the Poincare map and then find the system process which leads to chaos. From the Poincare section you can see when it happen times tumble bifurcation approach. Find the process of through phase-locked eventually into chaos.Secondly,I established a vertical three degree of freedom system model, Its at the fixed point is obtained by numerical calculation of linear matrix, and then according to the result of calculation has carried on the matlab programming. By selecting different parameters, draw the Poincare map, find the system process which leads to chaos. I found the system of binary bifurcation condition, and has made the concrete analysis that find the binary bifurcation route to chaos. we also found when this model will happen times tumble bifurcation, and tumble from bifurcation route to chaos.It is different from the first two chapters. The model is simplified from the specific device. I establish a shock vibration molding machine dynamics model. The calculation is similar to first two chapters. According to the calculation results.I use matlab to program through choose actual parameters correspond. Drawing the Poincare map. I could look for the excitation frequency after select the appropriate system parameters. We can see the frequency is an important parameter of the impact of molding machine. If assume that the rest of the quantity is the same. We can find this under the condition of the vibration frequency of the machine. These data are woked out by simulated machine. If the machine is different, we can choose different parameters to simulate. It also could get the vibration frequency. When I find the vibration frequency. It could see which leads to chaos. We must avoid this frequency when we use it. Because this time damage the machine. If we know the value,we could prolong its service life. It is the meaning of reaching this model.
