With the rising demand for energy consumption growing and conventional oiland gas resources, oil and gas supply and demand become increasingly prominent.American exploration and development practice reveals that, in unconventional oiland gas, the fastest growth momentum this year, was undoubtedly the greatestpotential in shale gas. Shale gas refers to adsorption and (or) Free State occurs inorganic-rich shale formations, biogenic and (or) heat causes unconventional gas hascommercial value. Shale gas in our country has wide distribution, huge reserves, butbecause there are no clear exploration methods and the difficulties faced in thedevelopment, has been unable to carry out widespread use, is urgently needed toachieve a breakthrough in shale gas exploration methods. Shale gas in our widedistribution, huge reserves, but because there is no clear exploration methods and thedifficulties faced in the development, have been unable to carry out widespread use, isurgently needed to achieve a breakthrough in shale gas exploration methods. Therefore, this work take the area in the Sichuan Basin as an object, on the basisof structural interpretation, seismic attributes were studied, pre-stack seismicinversion and inversion of the property and the integration of research results, achieved the following results and understanding:(1) On the basis of the collection and collation of study area and the surroundinggeological data and logging data, produced synthetic seismograms, establishedseismic response characteristics, tracked and interpreted horizons and explained faults.Figure drawing is completed, such as T0.(2) The study of regional seismic inversion attributes and elastic parameters werestudied. Ts and2layers of Ts2were calculated to obtain the coherence properties mapand the curvature attributes map of two layers, reveals the faults and fracturecharacteristics. On this basis, also conducted attributes fusion based on PCA transformand wavelet transform. Compared to a single attribute, fused attribute to reveal moredetailed distribution of faults and fracture characteristics around the faults. Throughthe three-dimensional elastic inversion of seismic data obtained Poisson’s ratio andYoung’s modulus plan. Thus provided the conditions for rich area of shale gas division.(3) After a comprehensive analysis, identified and classified the favorabledistribution of shale. On the basis of attribute analysis and inversion results, theanalysis by the well, there are two possible shale gas-rich regions in Ts layers:southwest region in the study area and area where Z104well located. These tworegions have focused on the distribution of elastic parameters; there are certainfractures, which will help form a rich shale gas adsorption. The attribute parameter ofTs2layers are not focused enough, shale is not developed, and shale gas is notdeveloped.(4) Determination of multi-source information fusion method is an effectivemethod to detect and divide shale gas. The coherence properties of the curvatureattributes and Young’s modulus and Poisson’s ratio represents the elastic properties ofmulti-source information fusion, property diagram showing the fusion of bothstructures such as faults, fracture characteristics, but also reveals the variations ofelastic parameters indicate. Thereby more effectively identify and divide theoccurrence or shale gas-rich region. Which indicates that are an effective shale gasdetection geophysical methods and techniques.By analyzing the actual results, the higher the likelihood of the study area Ts andTs2layers of shale gas enriched, consistent with the log data. Compared to a singleproperty, the fused image is more vivid and intuitive, and better forms, and achievedgood results, provide a solution for the deployment of next exploration study area, butalso provides the same technology applied in a similar exploration area theory andpractice of reference.
