Endophytes are microorganisms that live within plants for at least a part of their life cyclewithout causing any visible manifestation of disease in the host. For the reason that theEndophytic fungi have special ecological and special bioactive substances, more and moreresearch are contained on the natural products. Meanwhile, while the plant adapt the change withthe environment through plant-fungal endophytes symbiosis, the endophytic fungi also play animportant role.In this research, the artificial plants(Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen, Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen, Ferula ovina (Boiss.) Boiss.) were used as the pre-experimental material, then theseparation method of endophytic fungi associated with Ferula were established. Then theendophytic fungi from roots, stems and leaves of six wild Ferula, which included Ferulaferulioides (Steud.) Korovin, Ferula sinkiangensis K. M. Shen, Ferula fukanensis K. M. Shen,Ferula ovina (Boiss.) Boiss., Ferula lehmannii Boiss.and Ferula caspica M. Bieb were isolatedand identified. The composition, diversity and preference of endophytic fungal community wereanalyzed with Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index (H′), Margalef Richness index (R), Evennessindex(E)and Sorensen coefficient (Cs).The main experimental results are as follows:1, The best separation method of endophytic fungi associated with Ferula: The tissues ofFerula were sterilized by immersion in75%ethanol for1min,3%sodium hypochlorite solutionfor5~8min. The surface-sterilized samples were isolated on plates with wheat bran medium andpurified by PDA.2, A total of337strains endophytic fungi were isolated and classified into38genera,Alternaria, Aureobasidium and Fusarium are the dominant genera. In different speciesof Ferula,the endophytic fungi of Ferula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen are the main species. From the isolationplace on the plant, the endophytic fungi isolate from the roots are the most, and the endophyticfungi of1-2years were the most in different years of Ferula.3, The Shannon-Wiener biodiversity index(H′)associated with roots of Ferula fukanensis K.M. Shen was the highest, reached1.85. The highest Sorensen coefficient (Cs) was between leaf ofFerula sinkiangensis K.M.Shen and leaf of Ferula ovina (Boiss.) Boiss., reached0.75. As we cansee from the research, the endophytic fungi isolate from different issues, years and species ofFerula show some notable differences.
