The Calibration System Research Of Through Casing Resistivity Logging

Through casing resistivity logging scale system is mainly to complete the through-casingresistivity logging tool scale that designed to ensure data reliability, accuracy, and whetherthere is damage to the instrument,which is of great significance for logging operation.This article mainly introduced the casing resistivity logging calibration system of thebackground,significance and research status at home and abroad, and explains the definition ofapparent resistivity, the calculation formula of apparent resistivity and apparent resistivity ofthe influencing factors,, studied two international advanced Schlumberger logging tools andRussia logging tools working principle, at the same time analyzed the signal characteristics ofthrough casing resistivity logging, and the actual logging were understanding.The working principle of the traditional calibration instrument is studied on the basis ofits proposed and established the casing resistivity logging calibration system used for logginginstrument calibration, ensure the smooth progress of the logging process. Calibration system,its main components including round control, large current excitation, signal conditioning,signal transmission, signal acquisition, scale pool and the formation medium simulator. Thispaper mainly studied the calibration system in the hardware design of signal acquisitionsystem\data processing and noise suppression.Through the in-depth study and analysis for Scale system, we design the precisionresistor matrix to scale leakage current and scale pool to realize the simulation of the differentstratigraphic media. Based on the theoretical analysis, further experiments proved throughcasing resistivity logging scale system is realistic, accurate and play an important role forlogging instrument.
