Baihe area is located in northwestern of Wuqi in Ordos Basin, where probably be the intersection of Gan-Shaan paleo-channel and Ning-shaan paleo-channel, and developed ancient landform before Jurassic. The criss-cross valleys on palaeogeomorphology background were filled by channel deposits and formed Fuxian-Yan10formations in the lower Jurassic. Yan10belongs to braided fluvial sedimentary facies and the sand body in channel is the main reservoir. Yan10reservoir is low porosity, low permeability one. The lithology is mainly fine-grained feldspathic lithic sandstone. The main factors of sharp decline in reservoir porosity and permeability include strong compaction, pressure solution and high content of lithic fragments and feldspar which are lower compressive strength in sandstone. Degree of reservoir heterogeneity is strong. Combining reservoir properties, macroscopic characteristics of the reservoir space, microscopic pore structure characteristics, capillary pressure curve characteristics and thickness and lithology of reservoir in study area, Yan10reservoir is divided into class II reservoir. The data of oil testing and production test in the study area indicate that the Jurassic reservoir is mainly distributed in Yan101, and has high yield but small distribution characteristics. In order to study the accumulation patterns of Yan10reservoir, Jurassic palaeogeomorphic was restored by using the copying method based on stratigraphic division and correlation. Which was divided into three kinds of ancient landscape units, that is, eroded channel, eroded slope and erosion remnant. In addition, the forming conditions of Yan10reservoir in study area were analyzed. According to the relationship between Yan10reservoir distribution and ancient landforms, superface structure of sand body, thickness of sand, sedimentary facies and capping conditions, the oil accumulation patterns of Yan10were summed up. The results showed that the relatively high site of palaeogeomorphology, the nose uplift in superface structure of sand body and thick river sand body were the main controlling factors of hydrocarbon accumulation, while the cyclist shale in top of the Yan10, dense layer and hydrodynamic were its good capping conditions.
