With the development of national economy in our country,Various partshave been widely used in all walks of life, and gradually become the basicmaterials related to the livelihood of the people in various fields. Due to variousreasons, The workpiece have some magnetic material in the process ofproduction, In the practical application,the magnetic is not desired, even canresult in material damage. In this way, if the workpiece is full of magnetic, weneed to find a certain method to eliminate the magnetism.Two demagnetization systems of this paper is designed aimed at thedemand the laboratory demagnetization workpiece in the laboratory. Based onthe present situation of domestic demagnetization machine, technology andapplication in the field of meticulous analysis, combined the technology ofsingle-chip microcomputer control, with the single chip processor as its controlcore, combined with the related hardware circuit, they are designed that twodemagnetization system, the method of AC demagnetization attenuationsystem and the method of direct current attenuation demagnetization.From the source of material remanent magnetism and the physicalcharacteristics of magnetic materials,this paper briefly analyse the principleand the merits and demerits of various demagnetization method and thedemagnetization of hysteresis loop and magnetic field intensity relationshipprinciple demagnetization to explain the principle of AC and direct currentattenuation method demagnetization. The design of the ac demagnetizationattenuation method system,220v alternating current provides energy fordemagnetization coil, single chip microcomputer is used to control core, zerodetecting circuit detects220v alternating current passing zero, Microcontrolleruses the external interrupt to detect passing zero, single-chip microcomputeruses output signal to control thyristor conduction and deadline, to reducedemagnetization coil voltage in both directions,to achieve the purpose ofdemagnetization. The design of the direct current attenuation method demagnetization system,110DC after a step-down DC/DC converter andChange direction circuitng, making the demagnetization coil voltage on theattenuation in two directions, to achieve the purpose of demagnetization.
