In this paper, taking the gold deposit in Inner Mongolia Shang Du area as anexample,collecting the area geology, minerals, geophysical, geochemical and remotesensing data which related to mineralization, based on data processing and informationextraction,using spatial overlay analysis of GIS software, and other functions to extractthe multi-source geo information to carry out comprehensive analysis, extraction ofmineralization evidence from the factor layer, build prospecting models. And usingweights of evidence to calculate the weight of each factor of evidence, generated afterposterior probability map.In this article, through the above study, draws the following conclusions:1. Using GIS software MapGIS process geophysical, geochemical data in thestudy area, Remote sensing image in study area was analyzed by envi4.7, get highprecision magnetic anomaly map of geophysical prospecting, geochemical anomalies,and the remote sensing abnormal iron staining and hydroxyl anomalies, Establish theappropriate thematic databases. It has certain guiding significance to the developmentof the exploration work.2. Using powerful spatial analysis overlay function of GIS software, overlayingand analysising mines with each project layer, Find out the evidence factor ofmineralization favorable, establish metallogenic model in the study area. Accordingly,the area is likely to have a gold mineralization at the end of the Permian.3. Using evidence weight model in the MRAS software for the posteriorprobability map of study area, And delineated three Class A and two Class Cprospecting area. Mine has basically fall into Class A prospects, Show that the model isreliable.4. The study adds new Qinglong Mountain an A-level prospects, as well as a DaShiJiang Gou and Yongle two C-level prospects. Qing long Mountain prospect arealocated in range form Daheng channel which in southwest of terbutaline to Qing longMountain which in northwest corner of Ba Jiao Nao, The prospect has a highgeochemical anomalies, The gold content is high (three exception), large area, abnormal set together, Predicted gold prospecting prospect is good. Da ShiJiang Gouand Yongle also have very good geochemical anomalies, And it distribute remotesensing iron staining abnormality in the zone. Has the potential for prospecting.5. Using evidence weight method for delineating metallogenic prospect area,Make full use of multi-source geological information, And marking out mineralizationvision in quantitative way, make the results more intuitive and reliable. Show that themethod has the value of popularization and ApplicationAnd obtained the following results:1. For the first time evidence weight method based on GIS was applied to InnerMongolia Shang Du area to prospect gold deposit. It has certain guiding significance tothe region and the adjacent area to carry out the prospecting work.2. Using evidence weight model in the MRAS software for the posteriorprobability map of study area, And delineated three Class A and two Class Cprospecting area. It points out the direction and focus of the next step prospecting in thearea.
