A lot of bacteria causing human diseases have been of drug-resitant with the use of antibiotic. A kind of superbacterium NDM-1with drug-resitant, which can resist most of antibiotics, is spread recently on a small scale in the United Kingdom*U.S.A and India, etc. Antibacterial peptide is a kind of resistance-infection-pathogen polypeptides, which is produced by the immune system. Antibacterial peptides could not only resist tumor cells but also bacteria, fungi, and virus in some way. Especially it could kill the multi-drug resistance bacteria and tumor cells without affecting human normal cells. Therefore,it is a novel kind of drug with tremendousdeveloping potential, and a hot spot in the exploitation of antibacterial biological drugs presently. Musca and Larvae mainly live in the bad environment with corrupt matters, dejecta and garbage, which can spread many diseases owing to a lot of pathogen on their body surface. However, they could well survive with so many infection pathogens. This suggests that Musca have strong immunity to pathogens and could produce some high effective antibacterial matters. In this study, the cultivation method of Musca domestica and Larvae was established, and the immunity was induced by injury infection to excrete more antibacterial active protein. High effective natural antibacterial protein was separated by technological optimization of larvae dry, death temperature, extract settings, and pH settings. Its antibacterial activity was also studied to lay on some primary foundation for further exploiting its usage.Larval culture is a prerequisite for extraction of bacterial proteins, after repeated trials to establish a more stable farming methods. Housefly larvae breeding to maintain a normal ventilation, adequate nutrients, indoor temperature should be maintained at35-40℃, humidity of65%to70%, and appropriate light.Compare to the liquid materials dry of the larvae, adults’dry needs relatively less time. For the large scale production, it saves much costs, but the liquid materials dry is relatively better in color and lustre. Comprehensive survey, the adults’dry has greater benefits with the optimal micropower of231w and a thickness of7mm in a level. The optimal extrac technique for the seclect protein with the method of orthogonal design is that20s microwave treament,25minutes heat treament,75℃temperature for larva inducing, and pH6.0for extract liquid. This antibacterial protein has wide-spectrum antibacterial activity to bacillus subtilis, staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach, candida albicans, paeruginosa and bacillus cereus.
