From the April to October in 2014, it has detected 413 species of aquatic microorganism in all in Hulan estuary wetland, which has been divided in 10 doors, 16 classes, 41 orders, 77 families and 224 genera. There are 93 kinds of protozoa, 8 kinds of Rotifera, 26 kinds of Cladocera, 22 kinds of copepods, 173 kinds of algae, 9 kinds of aquatic insects and other 11 kinds of aquatic microorganism.Estuary wetland park of Hulan annual average density is 117048 ind / L. The density of microorganism in autumn is bigger than spring, and the density of microorganism in summer is the biggest from the aspect of season. While the annual average density of farmland microorganisms outside estuary wetland park is 37508 ind / L. The contrast is autumn>summer >spring.It has been identified 12 dominant species/ dominant groups, 5 kinds of algae, 3 kinds of copepods, 2 kinds of protozoa, 1 kind of rotifers in estuary wetland park of Hulan. And it has been identified 18 dominant species/ dominant groups, 10 kinds of algae, 1 kind of copepods, 3 kinds of rotifers, 2 kinds of protozoa, 1 kind of cladocera in farmland outside the estuary wetland park of Hulan.Average of evenness index of Pielou in estuary wetland park of Hulan is 0.68. And Margalef richness index average is 10.50. Shannon-Wiener diversity index average is 3.21. While in farmland which outside the estuary wetland park of Hulan, the Pielou evenness index average is 0.74, Margalef richness index average is 8.01, Shannon-Wiener diversity index average is 3.18.Microbial communities in estuary wetland park of Hulan in each month were divided into five groups by clustering analysis, microbial communities in farmland outside the estuary wetland park of Hulan were divided into six groups.In estuary wetland park of Hulan, the average temperature was 15.6℃, p H was 6.77, total nitrogen average was 4.21 mg / L, conductivity average was 485.17 u S / cm, average dissolved oxygen was 6.38 mg / L. While in farmland outside the estuary wetland park of Hulan, the average temperature was 13.5℃, p H was 6.83, total nitrogen average was 3.24 mg / L, conductivity average was 504.28 u S / cm, average dissolved oxygen was 4.79 mg / L.The SPSS17.0 analysis showed that the bacterial communities abundance in estuary wetland park of Hulan was negatively correlated with the total nitrogen. γ-deformation community was significantly associated with abundance of copepods and was significantly correlated with abundance of cladocerans. Water temperature and conductivity are the most influential environmental factors of microbial community structure and abundance in estuary wetland park of Hulan. In farmland outside the estuary wetland park of Hulan, bacterial population was significantly correlated with dissolved oxygen, however, was significantly negatively correlated with number of rotifer species and rotifers abundance.Water temperature, p H and dissolved oxygen are the most influential environmental factors of microbial community structure and abundance there.
