The Lower Liaohe River Plain is the geographic center of economic development in Liaoning Province. in recent years, with the development of industry and agriculture, and construction of urban, groundwater-related problems had became increasingly serious. Groundwater vulnerability assessment and groundwater pollution division as groundwater monitoring and pollution protection, groundwater pollution prevention and land use planning on the basis of sex work has important practical significance. However, groundwater systems are personal to open large-scale systems, changes in land use patterns by the long-term impact of demographic change, emissions and other human factors, resulting affect groundwater vulnerability related influencing factors change, so groundwater vulnerability and its associated parameters the spatial and temporal distribution is complex, and dynamic random uncertainty and other characteristics, policymakers single result if only the status quo or more years to get the average value of a single parameter distribution of groundwater vulnerability is one-sided, biased and objective facts. And groundwater vulnerability in the spatial distribution of continuity, the impact of human activities, natural variations and other factors, groundwater vulnerability at different times with different sizes and different degrees of spatial clustering. Therefore, in consideration of groundwater vulnerability studies carried out on the basis of the impact factor of uncertainty on the characterization of uncertainty and with the appropriate methods for theoretical research and practical application are of great significance.ArcGIS, Geoda095 i and ENVI software were used as research platform in this study, the most common groundwater vulnerability assessment methods in the international community which named as DRASTIC model was used combined with anthropogenic influence actual factors in the Lower Liaohe River Plain to establish groundwater vulnerability index system, and with measured rationality nitrogen concentration test data evaluation results. Research is divided into two main lines: the first is to consider the uncertainty of the main line of groundwater vulnerability maps from the time direction, by calculating the Liaohe River Plain under different years of the spatial and temporal distribution of groundwater vulnerability to analyze spatial and temporal evolution. On this basis, the use of semi-variogram model with spatial autocorrelation explore groundwater vulnerability of spatial heterogeneity and relevance, and use G index method and the standard deviation ellipse quantitative analysis of changes in the laws of groundwater vulnerability hotspots. The first rule of mainline temporal analysis considering time effect parameters, reflecting the variation law and the driving mechanism of the Lower Liaohe River Plain groundwater vulnerability spatial structure, decision-makers can do in advance to provide groundwater pollution control work-related references. The second main line from the spatial distribution of the uncertainty of the start, considering uncertainties include parameters in the spatial distribution of the fuzziness and randomness, uncertainty of the evaluation results. This part of the study of the theoretical basis of accepted the fact that uncertainty exists objectively, using the Monte Carlo method and DRASTIC model combines multiple sets of pseudo-random numbers generated by the possibility of setting the level of fuzziness parameters and vulnerability index percentile bits, each study multiple partitions available groundwater vulnerability index range. On this basis, according to the upper range of possibilities under different levels of vulnerability index interval fuzzy fuzzy expectations and lower expectations were drawn maps and conservative risk profile(groundwater vulnerability distributed soft zoning). Research Article mainline break the limitations of the traditional single outcome evaluation methods can not only reflect in more detail the groundwater vulnerability and spatial variation, and can intuitively express uncertainty, trust and other information, can provide decision makers provide room for adjustment when developing management programs can improve the effectiveness of scientific and policy-making.
