Since the1980s, the natural environment for the survival of mankind gradually deteriorated and the infectious diseases occur frequently, which threat to human life and health seriously. Bioaerosol is the primary carriers of the propagation of the atmospheric pathogenic microorganisms, and accurately collect, analyze the composition and concentration of bioaerosols is significant for environmental biosafety assessment, disease control, public health emergencies and biochemical contamination early warning. Complete bioaerosol sampling process includes automatic control, sampling, sample storage, and environmental conservation and so on. Currently, bioaerosol samplers widely used in domestic needs manual handling, which is time-consuming, costly, and prone to misoperation phenomenon.In order to solve the above problems and to achieve automatic sampling of atmospheric aerosols of microorganisms, this project intends to develop a smart air microbial aerosol sampler, by massive distribution network, we can achieve long-term automatic detection and sampling in special place, such as complex field environment, personnel should not or hard to reach place. The main researches below:(1) The whole structure optimization. According to light weight, miniaturization, airtightness, antijamming capability, anti-vibration and so on, we choose the materials and design the structure reasonably, for example, choose PVC materials and design the pump sealed box and so on;(2)Environmental adaptability and reliability of the instrument design. Collect the characteristic parameters of the instrument state (power, overload, fault, misoperation), and then combine temperature and humidity of the environment, the instrument posture and position information, we can achieve real-time monitoring of the instrument running status and conditions to ensure it can realize the predetermined sampling function;(3)Interactive software design. A variety of software of lower machine and upper machine design which can achieve data collaboration, data exchange, human-computer interaction, simulation, and through the database storing specialistic sampling parameters to achieve automatic sampling of different environments;(4) Remote control and management design. Using GPRS and Beidou as mutual standby communication link way to communicate, through user-defined communication protocols and control instruction format, achieve remote control and condition monitoring.
