Fatty acid is important material for biological activity, which is widely distributed in nature and plays an important role in adjusting various physiological and biological functions of creatures. What’s more, the content of fatty acid in plants is closely related to their cold resistance. Therefore, researching on the change regulation of the fatty acid content in plateau wetland plants can not only deeply and intuitively understand the relationship between the cold resistance of plateau wetland plants and the fatty acid content of them, but also can provide reliable theoretical basis for ecological protection and restoration of plateau wetlands. The main works of this paper are as follows:1. In September 2013 collected Elymus nutans Griseb, Carex kansuensis Nelmes, Poa annua L, Blysmus sinocompressus, Kobresia humilis, Carex rhizina, Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke, Pararuellia. In 2014, in the middle of the middle of July and August respectively collected Blysmus sinocompressus, Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke, Poa annua L, Carex rhizina, Carex kansuensis Nelmes;2. Reviews the wetland research and fatty acid detection technology development present situation at home and abroad, choose the high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for determination of fatty acid in the sample;3. MASP as the column derivative reagent, and established the standard of 19 kinds of mixed fatty acid, through the optimization of derivative and gradient elution conditions, implements the baseline separation of 19 kinds of mixed fatty acid standard completely. Standard and using different concentrations of fatty acids and the relationship between the peak area, set up linear regression equation of 19 kinds of fatty acids;4. The body of the plants in different months fatty acid composition and content were studied. Through the study found that the acquisition in September 2013 in eight kinds of samples are not contain pearl acid(C17), 19 alkanes acid(C19), 21 alkanes acid(C21), acid, behenic acid(C22), palmitic acid in all of the samples(C16) the highest levels. Among them, the Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke IUFA up to 3.819, while Blysmus sinocompressus IUFA value of the minimum of 0.917. the Kobresia littledalei C. B. Clarke the highest ratio of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acid, reached 196.47%, Blysmus sinocompressus of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acid ratio of the minimum of 58.99%. In gathering in the middle of July and August 2014 in the middle of the five samples are not contains laurate(C12), nutmeg acid(C14), 21 alkanes acid(C21), acid, behenic acid(C22), among them, the only pearl acid(C17) is contained in Poa annua L, the Carex rhizina contains 19 alkanes acid(C19). In terms of fatty acid unsaturation, Carex kansuensis Nelmes is highest, is 1.187 and 2.309, respectively, in terms of unsaturated fatty acids and saturated fatty acid ratio Carex kansuensis Nelmes is highest, were 61.27% and 117.19%, respectively;...
