Single remote sensing image data is large, one-time visualization of loading more difficult, and rely solely on desktop applications can not play an important role in remote sensing images, therefore need to be web application development.Currently, synthetic aperture radar(SAR), and other methods for moving object detection is a very hot topic of target detection area of research, Such as single-channel, three-channel SAR moving target detection and other technology is relatively mature, and read for the detected moving target data, tagging and other applications also exist urgent needs.Based on remote sensing images the moving target tracking annotation system has important significance, this paper solve rmote sensing data visual display of based on Web Based, In the basis of remote sensing image underlay moving target trajectory information read and display labels,For remote sensing applications put forward new ideas.The main contents of this paper points the following aspects:1) remote sensing image segmentation, research tile caching mechanism.2) remote sensing image tile visualization display.3) optical technology to detect moving target trajectory information read and display labels.4) Design and implementation of based on remote sensing image the moving target tracking tagging system.Based on remote sensing images the moving target tracking annotation system uses Geoserver as a layer server, for remote sensing image segmentation data tiles, layers publish data cache for client fast, stable visual display. Client display rich client browser using Silverlight technology, DeepEarth technology as the basis for the radar detects moving target data read and display enrichment to enhance the user’s experience. The use of based on remote sensing image the moving target tracking tagging system can use networks quickly browse remote sensing data at the same time in multiple clients, for local moving target data in real-time and an intuitive displayed visualization on two-dimensional map, inversion moving target data in specific period of time, view data details.
