The Research On Bao An Physical Characteristics Of Gan Su

Objective:By investigating the Physical Characteristics of Bao an adults from Dong xiang sala autonomous county in Ji shi shan of Gan su, so as to discusses the physical condition of Bao an,accumulate physical anthropology data of Bao an,look for national change, fusion rule and provide theoretical support for targeted guidance on physical health specifically.Methods:To adopt a cross-sectional stratified random sampling method among 359 adults (including 137 males,222 females) since September,2013 from Da dun and Meipo township of Dong xiang sala autonomous county in Ji shi shan of Gan su.The study includes body composition,bone density, skinfold thickness and circumference. To test the skinfold thickness with skinfold instrument in Japan. To test the circumference with flexible rule; To test the body composition with bioelectrical impedance analysis. To test the bone density of calcaneus with quantitative ultrasound method and to evaluate sclerotin comprehensively with T-score. Data will be fed into a computer by a person responsible for this and will be processed and be analyzed with SPSS 19.0 software. The difference of measurements is shown in x±s. T-test is used for analysis between two groups, and one-way ANOVA T Test is used for analysis among many groups. The comparisons of proportions shall adopt x2. To test with two sided probability according to statistics and the result of P<0.05 is significant.Result:1. The Characteristics of skinfold thickness:The development of trunk subcutaneous fat is better than the limbs. The skinfold thickness in female was higher than male in every age. Compared with other nineteen groups, The skinfold thickness of Bao an male was similar with north groups, The skinfold thickness of Bao an female was similar with minority groups.2. The Characteristics of circumference:The circumference of Bao an adults presented a rising tendency along with the age. The circumferences in male were higher than female. Compared with other twenty-one groups, The circumference of Bao an adults was similar with north groups.3.The Characteristics of body composition:the seventeen indicators of Bao an male body composition, such as BMI,muscle mass, total body water,protein,waist-to-hip ratio, basal metabolism, lean body mass,mineral,intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, visceral fat area, visceral fat mass muscle of trunk, muscle of left upper extremity, muscle of right upper extremity muscles of left lower limb, and muscles of right lower limb are all higher than those of female. The variation of body composition indicators of Bao an adults according to age change is obvious.4.The Characteristics of bone density:The normal rates of bone of Bao an were higher in 30-50 age. The normal rates of bone of male were highest in 50 age. The normal rates of bone of female were highest in 30 age.Conclusion:1.There is a gender difference in skinfold thickness. The skinfold thickness of Bao an male was similar with north groups, The skinfold thickness of Bao an female was similar with minority groups.2.There is a gender difference in circumference. The circumference of Bao an adults was similar with north groups.3.There is a gender difference in body composition indicators. The variation of body composition indicators of Bao an adults according to age change is different and obvious.4.The bone density of Bao an adults has good condition. The normal rates of bone of Bao an were higher in 30～50 age.
