As a clean and renewable energy, wind energy is applied broadly throughout the world. The speed increasing box is one of the important components in wind turbine, so that its performance has a great effect on the wind driven generator. This paper paid close attention to the speed increasing box for particular 1.5MW wind turbine, studied coupling motion mechanism of Bearing-Rotor System which worked under the non-linear bearing force in the speed increasing box, and revealed the internal relations which exist between Rotor System and the non-linear bearing force in the speed increasing box.In this paper, firstly, a dynamic model of rolling bearing-Single-disc bias-rotor system is established. Taking the high-speed-grade gear shaft for the research object, by using Numerical Method analyzed nonlinear dynamic response of rolling bearing-Single-disc bias-rotor system under different working condition, and discussed some parameters such as ball bearings, bearing clearance, and number of bearing roller which have the non-linear response influence to the system; analyzed changes of system dynamic characteristics in different offset positions.Secondly, studied dynamic characteristics on rolling bearing-parallel gear coupled rotor system. High-speed-grade gear shaft and idler gear shaft in the speed increasing box are simplified to lumped mass model. Established dynamics model of rolling bearing-parallel gear coupled rotor system. By using Numerical Method analyzed nonlinear response of parallel gear coupled rotor system, and discussed some parameters such as gear back lash, gear mesh stiffness and load size which have dynamic response influence to the system.Finally, did some finite element analysis on transmission system of the speed increasing box. bearing stiffness is considered as linear bearing stiffness, and calculate the value of each rolling bearing stiffness; using static contact solved high-speed-grade gear shaft and idler gear shaft integrated meshing stiffness, analyzed whole machine modal of the speed increasing box. Then analyzed high-speed-grade gear shaft dynamic response based on Abaqus/Explicit dynamic explicit finite element method.
