Till now Marine resources development and utilization has experienced more than a century, China’s expansive area and nearly 300 square kilometers of the territorial sea area is rich in energy resources.Study installed offshore Marine sea environment construction production elements and operation of ship motion, vertical section velocity monitoring technology, form the corresponding monitoring equipment, the essential elements for real-time monitoring, to have very important significance to protect the safety of offshore operation. Deep water velocity profile of the monitoring need to be in the process of monitoring equipment on the recovery, emergency sea condition satisfying the rapid relief, in addition to section velocity monitoring equipment on the rope dynamic tension in the process of analysis is an important data of auxiliary system and the relief device design basis.(1) The process of water dynamics research, dynamics characteristics research on the process of the equipment and the cable under the water. Which is the important parameters that auxiliary system’s dynamic response based on, we use concentrate quality standard to study on the dynamic properties of the progress. The research concerned on the rope dynamic tension of the process, and drawing the curve of dynamic tension under the depth of 1000 meters,2000 meters.(2)Research on the monitoring design and installation of auxiliary systems, auxiliary system includes two aspects, firstly the installations and integration design of auxiliary system, secondly research on the boom design. The process of Integration and installation of auxiliary system is put the whole integrated within 20 feet container, integrated design makes the system seems strong, convenient installation transportation; crane is the important tool in the process of putting up, including the design of crane jib crane arm scheme, the design of the suspension arm strength and contact stress analysis of key parts of the crane boom.(3) The design of the new rapid relief devices, quick release device is one of the important structure to ensure the safety of monitoring equipment while recycling which based on the research of the traditional rapid relief device, to design a structuresuitable for deep-sea condition, and analyzes the load of rapid relief device. New rapid relief device based on the elastic deformation of the beam, circular design, the structure is composed of inner and outer sleeve, connection through the steel ball. Study on the change of contact Angle of the deep groove ball bearings under the action of axial force, study on the stress and degeneration of the inner sleeve. Using three dimensional modeling software SolidWorks and simulation tool ANSYS to do some research on the inner sleeve’s stiffness of the relief device and the contact stress of the contact position. Through the experiment to study on the new rapid relief device, to make a correction of the theory we assumed.
