Artificial Neural network (Artificial Neural Networks, ANN) is a kind of nonlinear, adaptive information processing system which is used to certain intelligent behavior by simulating human brain structure. It has been widely applied in the field of information, automation, medicine, economy, etc. This paper studies the dynamical behavior of stochastic generalized neural networks with S-type distributed delays. The main contents are shown as follows:Firstly, the background knowledge of neural network, the basic knowledge of this paper, and the research status at home and abroad are introduced. Then, based on the previous literature, global exponential stability of stochastic generalized cellular neural networks with S-type distributed delays is studied by using Lyapunov functional method, stochastic analysis, and LaSalle invariable principle, and simulation shows the validity of the conclusion. Furthermore, the globally attractive of bidirectional associative memory neural networks with S-type distributed delays in the leakage terms is researched by using Lyapunov-Kravsovskii functional method. Finally, under the influence of random factors, the globally attractive of bidirectional associative memory neural networks with S-type distributed delays in the leakage terms is discussed by using Lyapunov-Kravsovskii functional method combining stochastic analysis technique. Results of related literature is extended.
