The early chicken blastoderm cells pluripotent differentiation has differentiation pluripotency, can differentiate into different tissue cells, so the chicken active crude extracts also have the characteristic of stem cells.The function of stem cell therapy is regulated cytokines, repair damaged tissue cells, and then through the interaction between cells and produce cytokine help rebuild damaged cells. A large number of studies have shown that stem cells has important clinical value in many fields, such as nerve regeneration, wound healing and anti-aging. Because embryos source easy to obtain, This test uses chicken embryo as a test object, extracted embryos activity crude extracts from embryos, and compare the influence of different centrifugal speed on embryos active crude extracts. Used different incubation period’s egg yolk to feed mice, and observe the effects on the growth of mice. It’s a preliminary discussion that embryos active crude extracts whether have healing promotion to mice, for the use of chicken embryonic stem cells provide new ideas and draw on the clinical application. The main contents are as follows:1. Explore the best time of isolated the early embryo active material, hatching eggs at 37℃incubator, collect primary cells of chickens blastodisc, repeated freezing and thawing, and then extract active material inside embryos stem cells, compared the influence of differential centrifugation of embryos stem cells active material. The results are as follows: the blastodisc is biggest by incubation at 72 h, and exist most cells in blastodisc. The hihger of the centrifugation, he crude extracts is better.2. Investigate the effect on the growth of mice about egg yolk at different hatch time. Used the unhatched embryos eggs yolk, hatched eggs at 36 h and 72 h fed three groups of mice through random, another group of mice fed fodder as usual. The results show: the mice of fed yolk, its weight average growth rate at 36%. Compared with the control group, the average growth rate at 18.5% weight gain significantly. The mice of fed egg yolk compared with the mice who fed unhatched egg yolk, the weight increase obviously, the difference was significant(P<0.05). Especially the mice of fed egg yolk which hatch at 72 h, its average growth rate at 42.4%. Weight gain is more significant compared with the control group, which the average growth rate at 18.5%, it showed extremely significant(P<0.01). It showed embryos stem cells of the egg yolk or cytokines of secreted by cells in favor of mouse intestinal absorption, promote weight gain in mice,and promote growth and have a role in promoting growth and development.To investigate the effect of embryos activity crude extracts injected mice. Embryos activity crude extracts were injected subcutaneously into mice, and observed mice. The result showed that: the temperature of mouse gradually rose, this was the process of the mouse identify foreign substances, then the temperature gradually returned to normal levels.3. Discussion the effect of embryos activity crude extract on mice tissue trauma. Establishment of mice model of tissue trauma, embryos activity crude extracts by subcutaneous injection and smear at the skin surface to mice. The results showed: in the mice model of tissue trauma, both sides of the wound healing in mice with only smear egg yolk was almost no difference, but at the right of the mice smear embryos activity crude extracts of wound healing faster than the left side of the mice not smear. The right side of the wound injected embryos activity crude extractsof wound also healing faster than the left non-injected.Discussion the effect of embryos activity crude extracts on mouse tissue burns. Construction tissue burn model of mice, and smeared embryos activity crude extracts on wound. The results show:Compared the right side of the wound smear embryos activity crude extracts heal faster than the left.Conclusion 1 Through hatching eggs, it found the best time is hatch at 72 h of isolated active substance, blastodisc is bigest and most, extract chicken active crude extracts were best. Verify the feasibility of repeated freeze-thaw chicken active crude extract. 2 Investigate the effect on the growth of mice about egg yolk at different hatch time, found hatching eggs yolk at 72 h most obvious on weight growth of mice. Speculate embryo stem cells or cells secreted active ingredient can be beneficial to the mouse intestinal absorption and promote weight growth in mice, and have a role in promoting growth and development to mice. 3 By establishing of mice trauma model,it found that local injection or smearing chicken active crude extracts to healing wounds in mice has promoted effective.
