Geothermal resources with its energy storage, less pollution, rich resources and low operating cost advantage, gradually get the attention of the people, it is becoming widespread use of a new type of energy around the world, and it has important economic and environmental significance. In recent years, the research of geothermal resources in our country focuses on the development and utilization of hot water in shallow underground, the research of deep and ultra deep geothermal resources few and far between. However, as the traditional energy shortage and increasingly serious environmental problems, a growing demand for clean and renewable new energy, to deep geothermal energy exploitation and utilization have become increasingly urgent. Therefore, it is important instruction meaning to carry out the basic research of the origin and evolution about the deep geothermal water, to exploit and utilize the type geothermal resources.In the Guanzhong area, the cause of deep geothermal water in guanzhong basin evolution has been the focus of attention in academic circles, the basin has a close relationship with the sustainable development and utilization of geothermal resources, to promote the guanzhong basin and even the entire the rational development and utilization of geothermal resources in the northwest region has important significance. This paper Using strontium isotopes, and combined with hydrogeochemical, deuterium oxygen sotope, and the guanzhong basin tectonic evolution, to research the cause of the deep underground hot water in the studied area evolution.Research shows that the study area deep underground hot water is Marine sedimentary water, is a mixture of geological history period of rainfall and river water. According to Sr2+ concentration and 87Sr/86 Sr ratio distribution characteristics, the main supply source for Changan district of Xi ’an Depression of the underground hot water in Qinling effect in surface water and shallow geothermal water, Xi ’an city mainly accept the Qinling mountain and Xianli fault terrace source of supply, The east Xianli fault terrace accept the west of Xianli fault terrace source of supply, xi ’an city and Xianli fault terrace have a common source of supply. According the Sr2+ concentration and 87Sr/86 Sr ratio and with hydrogeochemical ion, that proves the fixation of Xi ’an Depression, the west of Xianli fault terrace and Gushi Depression. and proves the The east of Xianli fault terrace along the Weihe river split with Xi ’an city geothermal water environment and accept in the same direction.The research of Strontium isotope proved the structure of geothermal environment characteristics in the study area. Gushi Depression is closed, and the chemical reaction of water and rock is strong, is belong the ancient sedimentary water. The west of Xianli fault terrace sealing ability is better, water type to contain the remaining ancient sedimentary water leached water; Xi ’an Depression and the west of Xianli fault terrace belongs to a half closed, weak water- rock reaction and liquid water, short residence time, belong to the open and mixed with a modern atmospheric ancient precipitation water.
