A Research Of Sequencing Chip With Single Molecule Protein

This paper mainly introduces the research about DNA sequencing.This experiment which has a lot of improvements for the third sequencing generation bases on single protein molecule biochip. The biochip can be applied to DNA sequencing. In my project, successful fabrication of wafer designed before the experiment is preparation for the biological chip that has certain functions. The parameters and experiments procedures are all in summary.Biological treatment and fabrications of the chip are mainly introduced in order to prepare successfully for the next experiment. First of all, nano array is designed by software and the device with array is prepared by electron beam lithography. To do the DNA sequencing, the system of biotin and streptavidin arranges protein molecules as designed.Experiments are processed in the nanowells in the third-generation DNA sequencing. Innovation of this project makes the experiments are processed on the surface of the device.The process of biological and device treatment has been prefect. How to improve the process and protein molecules will be the key subject of future exploration direction.
