Although it is a new technology, GPS has been developing rapidly since the day it came into being, and now it is widely used. The development of Precise Point Positioning cannot be separated from the satellite clock difference prediction. In order to analyze the precision of the satellite clock difference prediction model, the paper established four kinds of models. The data adopted to solve the model is downloaded from IGS website, the time interval is five minutes. The four kinds of models are respectively calculated the future clock difference data within the scope of a certain time step. First, the paper establishes quadratic polynomial model, the operation of which is simple and easy to operate, and the prediction accuracy is high. Second, the paper establishes grey prediction model, which simply introduces the grey theory and summarizes the characteristics of grey prediction model. Third, the paper introduces the Kalman Principle, establishes the Kalman prediction model and gets better prediction accuracy. Finally, the paper establishes auto regressive moving average model(ARMA). The paper offers different observation clock difference data and prediction step length, analyzes the accuracy of the four prediction model, and summarizes the characteristics and application condition of every model. The paper evaluates the four models and gets the best prediction model.
