Ansai Oilfield Reservoir Logging Evaluation Method Research

This thesis took some field such as Tanjiaying, Pingqiaobei, Huaziping which belong to Yanchang in Ordos Basin as the region for research. Synthetically applying sequence stratigraphy, sedimentology and reservoir geology, through outdoor profile observing, well drilling observing core, interpretation of well logging data, thin section analysis, SEM, reservoir lithology and physical property analysis, we researched in depth the geology, the layer feature, the relationship between the four features of the layers, and the model and criterion of the well logging interpretation in our researching field. Our passage drew lessons from the original mine system, the dividing criterion to the T system and oil layers in Shanbei which divided by Changqing oil field and the update research outcome of series layer from the conservancy of YanChang. According to the formation lithology of the researching place in YanChang and our analysis and comparison to the features of the bore log, we totally confirmed nine region correlation guiding beds. Applying the outlook and method of sequence stratigraphy and statics, according to the features of the guiding bed, we delicately divided the part of the field in YanChang. We make meticulous comparative study to the lithology, electrical and physical property and the oiliness quality of the reservoir in our researching place. Applying the empirical formula, multiple regressions analysis, we researched the porosity and the permeability model in depth. Moreover, through pressure coring, mercury intrusion, Archie’s formula and dependence permeability, separately at the definition of the formation and porosity, the saturation model in our researching place. Through statistical analysis, we established the interpretational criteria, which provided foundation for our log interpretation in YanChang oil field.
