De’erni copper mine located in Qinghai Buqingshan- Latitude copper polymetallic metallogenic belt, is Animaqing Late Paleozoic orogenic belt East, since the Precambrian metallogenic belt experienced a different block structure of the substrate complex evolution and intense tectonic movement, the formation of a widespread ophiolitic melange mine, coupled with a variety of combinations of superimposed sedimentary formations like the late orogeny, forming the polymetallic mineralization. Since the deposit was discovered, the debate about its causes has been controversial for various reasons have their own evidence, such as deep liquation deposits, granite submarine hydrothermal deposits and hydrothermal deposits and the like. Therefore, the genesis of the deposit is of important significance, which also helps for future prospecting work have some significance. Therefore, this experimental study electron microscope by microscopy and electron microprobe and mineral age, to explore the causes of deposits, provide some point after the deposit of mining work.Through field observations and mineralogical studies, roughly the De’erni copper deposit mineralization of the main ore minerals views summarized that the main ore minerals are pyrite divided into three phases, chalcopyrite, sphalerite divided two, pyrrhotite, magnetite total of one. The electronic probe data, derived mainly mineral ore pyrite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite and other produce at low temperature hydrothermal environment.Geochemistry analysis concluded that amphibolite rocks of a basic-ultrabasic rocks consisting mainly of a combination, the main rock types are andesite, basalt, picrites like calc-alkaline with potassium metaluminous characteristics. Aspects of rare earth elements was LREE enrichment, HREE loss characteristics, with weak positive Eu anomaly; rocks LILE elements Rb, Ba, Sr and other elements significantly enriched in high field strength elements Nb, Ta, U relative loss, and Pb, Zr and other elements of the original mantle comparable or slightly enriched. Study area zircon U-Pb geochronology research shows that the mineralization time was 310.0±4.7Ma, belonging to Late Carboniferous.After the study, the preliminary view that De’erni copper polymetallic deposits are submarine jets-sedimentary mineralization is dominant in the future of superimposed metallogenic features composite mineralization deposits, summarized as hydrothermal mineralization along fractures ejection and deposition top iron ore presence of a carbonaceous siliceous slate, ultrabasic rocks in the late tectonic effect on the main ore body extrusion, in the contact area affected cobalt mining and pyrrhotite mineralization superposition process, through deposit in the subsequent course of the variation superimposed mineralization forms of structure and location of damage, and on this basis, proposed flag Dur’ngoi deposit prospecting, namely: turning end fold structure, tectonic breccia band, ultrabasic rocks with schistose, ultrabasic rocks and rock contact zone, overthrust structure footwall, ultrabasic structure lenses.
