Northeast China mainly consists of Liaoning Province, Jilin Province, Heilongjiang province and parts of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, covering an area of about 1 million 520 thousand square kilometers. Northeast China not only has a vast land, but also an important agricultural base and industrial base in China. District Agricultural, forestry and animal husbandry developed and rich in mineral resources, which coal, iron, oil reserves in the forefront of the country. So it is important to study the crustal structure of Northeast China for the exploration of mineral resources, rational planning of resource development and sustainable development.Seismology is an effective way to study the deep underground medium, using seismic method to solve the problem inevitably will use to the velocity structure of the underground medium, and is still used by most of the existing work is IASPEI91, AK135 velocity model and the global velocity model for research study in small regions of specific problems have inherent limitations. In the northeast of China, which is located in the collision zone between the Pacific plate and the Eurasian continent, the effect is obverse.Based on the seismic data recorded by 102 fixed stations and 74 mobile stations in the northeast of China for more than one year. The P wave reception function is extracted by the time domain iterative deconvolution method. The velocity structure and Poisson’s ratio of one dimensional S wave at the bottom of each station are calculated by using the nonlinear inversion method of the complex spectral ratio of the receiver function. Based on the structure analysis of the Moho depth in Northeast china. At the same time, the velocity model is obtained, and the common conversion point stack(CCP) method is used to calculate the cross section in the northeast region. The results of this study show that the northeast region presents undulation of Moho on both sides of the deep, shallow middle characteristics. But in the area of the Moho depth of strong tectonic movement, along the structural trend reflected.CCP results show that the superposition of Songliao basin sedimentary layer in Northeast central 5km, below the Moho depth decreases. Western Daxinganling Moho and the eastern part of the Changbai Mountain Area of Moho depth have deepened but in Changbai Mountain area, the depth of Moho is deeper, the subduction of the Pacific plate to the Moho greater impact.According to the research results, the one-dimensional S wave velocity model of the crust in the northeast region is given, which is widely used.
