Liaoning Province Of Export-oriented Marine Economy Development Strategy Based On A Comparative Study Of Tianjin

The ocean as an important component of natural ecosystems, is also a precious wealth at the disposal of the human society, has a very important influence on the long-term development of human society. The main domestic coastal provinces include Liaoning, Shandong, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Hebei and other eight provinces and two municipalities of Tianjin and Shanghai. Since China’s reform and opening up, deepening the market economic mechanism, opening to constantly improve, coastal provinces relying on its advantageous geographical location and abundant cheap labor to attract a large influx of capital, having achieved good results in the development of foreign trade and attract foreign investment, and occupies a leading position in national economic development. In the export-oriented economic development strategy implementation process, the economic development in coastal areas, economic structure, utilization of foreign capital situation and foreign trade situation have all undergone positive changes.Liaoning province is the only coastal provinces in three provinces in northeast China, occupies a very strategic location, with a long coastline and rich marine resources, it has a huge potential marine economy development. In port construction, tourism, the development of marine economy and many other fields occupy a certain advantage. It can be said that the overall economic development of Liaoning Province is closely linked to marine resources, to achieve the overall long-term development needs to be fully integrated marine resources and location advantages the region has.This study consists of five main parts, the first part is a review of relevant theories, mainly from the theory of regional economy, industry economy theory and sustainable development theory. From overall aspects, the second part analyzes the infrastructure and conditions of the export-oriented marine economic development, and describes the status quo of China’s export-oriented marine economy, emphatically introduced the major coastal ports in our province and summarizes the significance of the export-oriented marine economy of our country. The third part analyzes the development of export-oriented marine economy of Liaoning province, and came to the existence of problems in the development process in accordance with their development status. The fourth part makes a comparative analysis of the development of export-oriented marine economy with Tianjin and Liaoning, calculated the enlightenment of export-oriented marine economy development in Liaoning. The last part describes the policy recommendations of Liaoning export-oriented ocean Economy.
