Cells are the basic unit of the organism. Cells or their metabolites can be obtained by cell culture technique. Four steps were needed in traditional cell culture technique, including sampling, culture, freezing and recovery, which may take a long time and have low cell growth rate. However, with the development of science and technology, cell culture technology has made great progress. It was found that mechanical vibration could promote or inhibit the growth of cells in the culture stage. This cell culture technology can effectively overcome the shortcomings of traditional cell culture techniques, which are time-consuming and have low cell growth rate, and can save a lot of manpower and material resources. Liquid sloshing in the cultivation dish is a typical problem of fluid solid coupling nonlinear problems. This dissertation was based on the theory of fluid potential function. The cylindrical dish was simulated using the finite element software ADINA, and different transient dynamic responses of cell culture dish under the high frequency and low amplitude vibration were simulated using the software. Then the responses of the bottom of the force, the free surface, the effective stress at the wall under high frequency and low amplitude vibration.Firstly, three-dimensional cylindrical dish models with different filling amount of liquid were modeled by ADINA software, in which shell element was used to simulate wall of culture dish and potential fluid element was used to simulate the liquid. Then, using the modal analysis the modes and the first 10 order natural frequencies of empty cylindrical dish and different filling models were extracted, and the change of plate natural frequency with filling liquid volume was obtained. The results of finite element analyses and those in the literatures were compared. Themodeling and simulation method was verified. Finally, the transient response of different quantity of liquid culture dish with the different high frequency and low amplitude vibration was analyzed. The key points were selected to describe the motion state of culture dish and the liquid in the culture dish. The time history curves of the sloshing height of free surface, the force at the bottom surface, and the effective stress at the side wall were obtained, which can provide a theoretical basis and numerical analysis for cell culture.
