MCSEM (marine controlled source electromagnetic) is an effective method to measure the resistivity of sea floor between marine semiology and logging, It’s used to judge the character of the reservoir. And it can improve the success perception of logging. The processing technology of MCSEM is still in the initial stage. So it’s necessary to development a program to pretreatment and invert measured data.The normal pretreatment consists of the transfer of time domain to frequency domain, normalized processing, azimuth correction, elliptic polarization, spindle rotation, merge the channel information and calculate the MVO data. During the measuring, the transmitter is influenced by the ocean current and the result is the gesture un-horizon. The receiver is also influenced by ocean current in the sinking making the position and gesture not the ideal position. Thus the data are corrected by elliptic polarization and spindle rotation. This paper considered the azimuth information using vector decomposed and the transmitter can be decomposed into three coordinate direction sources in the forward process. And the electromagnetic responses were calculated respectively at the same coordinate system. The receiver’s information was used to calculate the receiver’s response using Euler rotation. This method doesn’t consider elliptic polarization and spindle rotation. Inversion program use 1D Occam method, using DLL programmed by Fortran making the best use of fast calculation speed. And the program is coded by Qt to develop the software to calculate the data.The software uses software engineering’s structure analysis method to analyze the demand analysis, and achieve the detailed design of the program. The software developed using Qt 4.8.4 and QtCreator. Qt has good portability and it makes the great use of cross-platform application of controlled source electromagnetic processing software.
