Research On Planning Of Wetland Ecotourism Based On Spatial Analysis Function Of GIS

With the rich natural landscape and various ecological environment, wetland ecotourism is gradually accepted by public, and becomes the first choice to tourist for holiday leisure.With the rapid development of wetland ecotourism in China, wetland resources are in danger of the loss and degradation.How to exploit wetland ecotourism resources protectively and highlight the characteristics of wetland ecotourism is the primary problem to be solved at present. In this research, by exploring and perfecting the method system of wetland ecotourism based on GIS, useful theoretical reference and technical support for the planning of wetland ecotourism wish to be provided. It is of great significance to protect the integrity of the wetland ecosystem as well as the diversity of wetland ecotourism resources and realize the sustainable development of wetland ecotourism.By adopting literature review and data analysis method to study the theory of wetland ecotourism planning, combined with the characteristics of GIS spatial analysis, a method system of wetland ecotourism planning was built. Based on AHP(analytic hierarchy process) and GIS spatial analysis method, the suitability of Jinniu Island wetland ecotourism in Harbin was evaluated. Base on all of these, a study on ecological tourism planning carried out.The research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)By studying the research progress of wetland ecotourism and the application of GIS in the ecotourism planning in China and abroad, the research trend and development direction of wetland ecotourism was defined. Wetland ecotourism planning should consider the wetland biodiversity conservation and highlight the characteristics of wetland resources. the main point of doing research on wetland ecotourism is to set up the method system of wetland ecotourism planning to guide practice planning, by using GIS spatial analysis function and quantitative analysis method.(2)By studying the definition, classification, value, characteristics and the connotation of ecotourism, and using the ecological balance theory, ecological security theory, ecological aesthetics and environmental ethics theory, sustainable development theory and the circulation economic theory as the theoretical basis and support for wetland ecotourism planning, five basic principles was proposed about wetland ecotourism planning, including protective utilization principle, scientific planning principle, highlighting characteristics principle, ecological principle and community participation principle, which guide the wetland ecotourism planning more scientific and reasonable.(3)The basic functions of GIS spatial analysis and its advantages in the application of wetland ecotourism planning were analyzed. The application methods of GIS spatial analysis function in the six aspects that wetland ecotourism suitability evaluation, overall layout and functional zoning, wetland ecotourism project planning, wetland ecotourism route planning, wetland ecotourism facilities planning, wetland ecotourism environmental capacity monitoring are studied deeply.The method system of GIS applied to the wetland ecotourism planning was initially established in order to provide a guidance method for the post practice research.(4)Based on the selection principle of wetland ecotourism planning evaluation index and the present situation of Jinniu Island wetland resources in Harbin, seven wetland ecotourism resources suitability evaluation indexes were selected.Using AHP to calculate the weight of index, the suitability evaluation data of Jinniu Island wetland ecotourism in Harbin was obtained by weighted superposition of GIS to the spatial data.The comprehensive attribute analysis calculation and the suitability evaluation map divided the Jinniu Island wetland in Harbin into the most suitable area, the suitable area and the unsuitable area.On this basis, factors include the district area, regional conditions, the main ecological threat and the direction of development planning were studied respectively.(5)Based on the spatial analysis function of GIS, applying the method system of wetland ecotourism planning in practice, the overall planning of Jinniu Island wetland ecotourism in Harbin was carried out from seven aspects: protection Division, function partition, project planning, tourist route, road traffic, service facilities and environmental protection, to realize the combination of theory and practice.
