Totally 22 places and more samples in Heilongjiang province. In sum, four new species, nine new record species and one recorded specie was discovered. The new species is located in Rue des perseides of Quebec province of Canada, Forest Park of Heihe City of Heilongjiang Province of China, Phoenix mountain of Fengcheng City of Dandong City of Liaoning province of China. nine new record species include Anurophorus atlanticus(Fjellberg, 1974), Anurophorus orientalis(Potapov & Stebaeva, 1990), Anurophorus sensibilis(Potapov, 1997), Folsomia Kuramotoi(Yosii, 1995), Folsomia quadrioculata(Tullberg, 19870), Folsomia riozoyoshiii(Potapov & Cassagnau, 2000), Isotomurus stuxbergi(Tullberg, 1876), Proisotoma ananevae(Babnko & Bulavintsev, 1993),Subisotoma stepposa(Martynova, 1975). The recorded species is Folsomia villosa(Potapov & Marusik). This paper contains detailed redescription and description, fill the gap of the presented works. Based on the discovery, perfect the keys of Isotomidae. What is more, the new species Proisotoma sp. Nov. was breed in the lab, and achieved success, and the author has studi ed the embryonic development, postembryonic development and other behaviors of it. The diameter of new egg is around 91 μm, white, Translucent sphere liked egg, it will become yellow exposed in the air. The surface of the egg shell contains uniformly granulations. Duration of embryo development is about 140 hours, experiences new egg, cleavage stage, blastula stage, gastrula stage, histodifferntiation. These staged share the ratio of 0.021%, 0.100%, 0.093%, 0.157%, 0.129%, 0.371%, 0.129%, 0.001% respectivel y. Then the diameter of egg will become about 110 μm. The 1 instar will experiences eight molting to become an adult, Spawning method is polyethylene, duration is about 5 minutes, amount of spawned egg is about 20-60. The chaetotaxy change is happened about the second week, the chaetotaxy of omma area, labium, antenna, furca, body, tenaculum, and periproct will developing to adult pattern. Nematode infection will stimulate the grooming behavior of Collembola. |
