Based on the fermentation of Bacillus YB-743, and detect the antibacterial activity of the fermentation broth of the pathogenic bacteria, found its fermentation liquid on crops has good inhibition.Through the preliminary study on physicochemical properties of Bacillus YB-743 fermentation liquid, and combined with the biological activity of crop pathogenic bacteria tracking test. By means of high-speed centrifugation, butanol fermentation broth, silica gel column chromatography, TLC isolated crude.Than analysis with HPLC, an independent activity peak came by using the mobile phase of methanol:water =55:45, the retention time is 25 min, and eventually purification out excellent antibacterial activity of secondary metabolites, it was tentatively names as YB- 743-III. The spectra data of H-NMR、C-NMR、UV、2D-NMR、ESI-MS were used to determine the structure is C30H44O10, the molecular weight of the compound is564.And by consulting the relevant literature to compare the various spectra,determine the structure same with the known reported in the literature is Macrolactin B consistent with the structure of the Macrolide compound. And by means of in vitro biological activity detection determine its minimal inhibitory concentrations(MIC) for Po is 80μg/ml and for Bc is100μg/ml.
