The research focus on the statistical analysis of Ordos earthquake catalog,combined with the study of area tectonic environment and geological structure features and tectonic stress.The research also analyze Ordos seismic migration characteristics and the migration patterns of different earthquake magnitude, different blocks and different fault zone,mainly for earthquake that magnitude greater than 7and magnitude greater than five migration. And use numerical methods to simulate the dynamic environment of the entire study area.It would provide the basis for earthquake prediction migration by using mechanism of numerical simulation for seismic migration.Research indicates:Magnitude 7 earthquake of Ordos block periphery showed clockwise migration, the migration period is about 191 years, the time intervals between earthquakes is 55 ± 11 years.The southwestern margin of Ordos fault bundle seismic migration from west to east, is consistent with the stress direction, and the direction of migration to the region with the highest rate of land uplift development(1920 Haiyuan 8.5 earthquake occurred in the region). Yinchuan- Jilantai Graben seismic migration from north to south. Hetao graben earthquake east-west migration features repeatedly. Shanxi graben earthquake was repeated from north to south migration characteristics. Weihe graben earthquake was characterized by migration from east to west.
