The Appliccation Of Fuzzy Clustering In The Optimization Decision

Clustering is an important branch of data mining.Considering the sample category intermediary of fuzzy clustering, for all kinds of the membership degree of the sample from the traditional 0,1 expands to [0,1], the more able to response the real world, fuzzy clustering becomes the mainstream of the clustering analysis and research, in areas such as weather forecast, medical diagnosis and image segmentation has been widely used.In this paper, from two aspects introduces the application of fuzzy clustering in the optimization decision making.On the one hand, based on the fuzzy relation of clustering analysis, the introduction of direct clustering method, on the basis of the analytic hierarchy process (ahp), proposes a new algorithm of index weight, the weight of the algorithm that eventually get results more in line with the actual situation;On the other hand, the clustering analysis method based on the objective function, the introduction of fuzzy c-means clustering algorithm, proposes a based on fuzzy clustering and geodesic distance LLE algorithm, this algorithm not only reduces the selection of parameter k influence on experimental results, also improve the computing speed of the algorithm.
