Shu 127 block is the better block of the south of Yushulin oilfield. In order to improve understanding of reservoir geology and address the problems in development, carry out micro-facies sedimentary and reservoir heterogeneity research in Shu 127 block.Firstly, the geologic data of the study area were collected and sorted out. According to analysis of coring well data, logging data and all kinds of dynamic and static well data, confirmed principles and methods of stratigraphic division and correlation. We use the technology of cycle correlation, Standard layer control contrast, reference layer contrast, synsedimentary fault contrast and well net contrast to establish stratigraphic framework in the area. The principle of correlation is fine contrast and closure verification layer to layer by study sequence from formation stage to sandstone formation and layer or smaller time unit, Combined with the regional sedimentary background. The sedimentary-environment of Putaohua formation around Yushulin oilfield has been investigated. The conclusion is Putaohua oilfield belongs to shallow water delta facies sedimentary. According to core petrology, fossils, Characteristics of single sand body and so on, identified one-phase, two categories of sub-phase and eleven micro-phase in the study area in the end. On the basis of log-phase mode, the sedimentary characteristics and the distribution of sand bodies are characterized. According to regular pattern, conclude the sedimentary evolution law and model of the whole study area. The heterogeneity of Putaohua reservoir group system has been studied in the basic of geology research. In layer heterogeneity, including layer rhythm, intercalation characteristics; interlayer heterogeneity includes stratification coefficient, sand density, interlayer characteristics; plane heterogeneity includes geometry and connectivity studies of different sand body.Sedimentary microfacies types is the main factor to control reservoir heterogeneity. This study illustrates the degree of heterogeneity in the interior of a single channel sand body and evaluates reservoir in study area, which provide strong basis for further exploration and development work.
