The relative amplitude preservation processing techniques were studies in this thesis on the basis of analyzing the data in Dagang oilfield. The relative amplitude preservation processing techniques maintain relative change trend of amplitude in time and space by eliminating what has nothing to do with the geological information of amplitude information, in order to reflect the relationship between relative changes of seismic wave propagation in formation. The relative amplitude preservation processing techniques can improve the quality of seismic data effectively, as well as maintaining effective the relative relations of signal amplitude. Then a better basis of prestack inversion and reservoir research can be achieved by application of these techniques.Three aspects were researched in this thesis:The signal-to-noise of the data is improved by the denoising techniques based on the model with the method of relative amplitude preservation; The difference of different area is resolved by the consistency processing techniques with the method of relative amplitude preservation, these techniques include exquisite amplitude compensation on the base of well data, data regularization technique; The resolution of seismic data is improved by The enhancing resolution techniques with the method of relative amplitude preservation, these techniques include the technique of deconvolution on the base of well data, frequency dividing iteration residual static correction, low frequency compensation technique and near surface Q compensation technique. Some better results are obtained, and these techniques are important in the quest to improve the resolution and signal-to-noise ratio, and also laid a solid foundation for the seismic data imaging and seismic data interpretation.
