Since the 90’s of last century, a lot of large-size micro-disseminated gold have been found in Triassic, Permian, Devonian of the southeast area of Yunnan province. In recent years, with the gold exploration and development efforts continue to strengthen, the surficial ore, shallow ore and easy to find are dwindling, gold exploration has gradually shifted to look for concealed deposit, indiscernible deposit and deep deposit. But, the degree of geological study in Cambrian strata of the southeast of Yunnan province is still low. During in the southwest of southeast Yunnan, Shui HeKou gold mine which the main layer is Devonian and Cambrian shows a good prospecting potentials. Therefore, the exploration of micro-disseminated gold deposit in the Cambrian are very important and economic significance. The soil prospecting method has perfect theory and mature technology, it is play very important role in the micro-disseminated of the "Golden Delta" of Yunnan Guizhou Guangxi province. But, the soil geochemical have some disadvantage of the long analysis cycle and higher cost. For meeting the target of project, build a rapid, effective and economic gold prospecting methods is very important under such background. The X ray fluorescence is with advantage of lightweight, high efficiency and field in-situ test, it is more popular by the resources and mining production at home or abroad, there are remarkable achievements and prospecting. In this paper, on the basis of soil geochemistry theory, try to change the test means of the element and establish an effective and economic gold prospecting methods.First, we collect large amount of regional metallogenic background information, from the point of tectonic location, strata, magmatic rocks, structure, regional landscape geochemical characteristics and regional geochemical characteristics, we summarized the mineralization rule of micro-disseminated gold deposit, and get the end of the study area showing a good prospecting potentials. Second, basis on the above these, we carry our 1:1 million soil geochemical survey and geological mapping, and extract the geochemical anomalies by soil geochemical. Through the check of anomalies, we delineating a gold orebody, it implements the micro-disseminated gold deposit exploration breakthrough in the Cambrian strata of the study area, and laid a foundation to realize the purpose of "to establish an effective and economic gold prospecting method". Third, we analyze 6233 sample by means of XRF and get the date of every element, Through correlation analysis, cluster analysis and factor analysis to determine the prospecting indicator elements, element anomaly threshold is obtained by using the fractal theory, the singularity theory circle order elements and factor score method selects the comprehensive anomaly. The end, contrasted the achievement of 1:1 million soil geochemical survey, we find the method is feasible.Understanding and results of this paper are as follows:1. the degree of geological study in Cambrian strata is very low. There are very important geological significance to carry out prospecting research in the study area, because it change the weak geological situation. (1) The tectonic location of study area be in the Yangtze on ancient land mass. The study area locate in Funing-Wenshan tectonic metallogenic belt which is confined by Honghe fracture, Mile-Shizong fracture, Yadu-Zitan fracture and Nanling-Pingxiang fracture. (2) By the influence of Guangnan-Funing major fault, the study area develop north west and north east fracture. (3) The main lithologic in prediction is carbonate-clastic rocks combination, it Reflects generally stable sedimentary environment and local instability.2.The disadvantages of soil geochemical prospecting method are long elements test cycle and h igh test cost. The first phase of soil geochemical measurement of one ten-thousandth scale in Shuihe kou gold mine has lasted 2 years, cost more than 2 million, while the test fee is more than 0.8 millio n. And whole design work in this paper did not include the sampling work and costs, totally took ha If year,3 months elements testing,2 months data processing, and cost extremely low.3. Establish a suitable element testing model based on XRF, the model including sample making process,200 mesh test grade,180s test time, equipment testing module and element testing process. We test samples of 6233 and analysis the geochemical characteristics of Au、Sb、As、Hg、 Zn、Pb、Cu、Ba and Ag, and compiled map.4. Set up quantitative data processing model, Through correlation analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis and indicative to enhance theory to determine Au, Sb, As and Hg for prospecting indicator elements combination, fractal statistical theory to calculate element anomaly threshold, singularity theory circle single element anomaly, framed elements integrated anomaly by factor score method. By compare with the 1:1 million soil geochemical achievement, we find that gold mine prospecting based on the XRF for testing means is feasible.5. n this paper, the author used 7.1 square kilometers of the north east to the research area to be XRF spectrometer ore prospecting application area. Delineation two level B and one level C anomalies of the main Au element, and Xinzhai-Jinzhuping Zhangjia area (Au1、Sb2、Hg2、As2) has a immense potential of antimony ore prospecting.
