The underground geological structure in the Yongxin area is complex and diversity with the development of small fault-blocks.The recognition of the structure is unclear constrained by seismic data, complex relationship between oil and water, resulting in the injection production well pattern is imperfect. The current recovery degree is only 16.7%, the recovery rate was 22.7% since 1966. According to the new techniques for coherent analysis etc. This area develops many small faults with small fault distance, forming a series of favorable fault blocks and plays a key role in the oil and gas accumulation. Application of high precision 3D seismic data, detailed study on structural characteristics and reservoir distribution, coherent analysis technology, 3D interpretation, horizon fault unified interpretation technique, comprehensive interpretation technology application, we interpretated the structure accurately and inverted with the log constrained, improve interpretation accuracy.We get a more complete understanding of the reservoir sedimentary characteristics, reservoir characteristics, structural characteristics, oil and gas bearing characteristics, seismic attributes in Yongxin area.Finally we proposed the applicable well location in Yong 8 fault zone, Xinlicun tectonic belt, South Yong3 tectonic belt and Yong74 tectonic belt refer to our research results.
