Research On The Improved Queuing Models And Their Application In The System Of Aid Service

The research of domestic and abroad about the assistive service which the disabled can use portable medical device to test simple programs and can upload the data to the electronic medical records that will be sent to the hospital by themselves. And the disabled could book the health check online through the advices from the doctors. At the same time, some smart house made some corresponding assistive research to people with disabilities, including booking the elevator service. Even some smart communities can made supermarket to provide goods to their house according to the requirements of the people with disabilities. Although these services provide the disabled people great convenience, the assistive service also has queuing phenomenon that linked our life closely——Assistive service could improve service quality and improve service efficiency by leading into queuing theory. Therefore, in this era of advancing with the times, the assistive service platform also needs to have the queuing service to improve service quality for the disabled people and improve service efficiency. Also, it could balance the allocation problems about the assistive volunteer resource.For the assistive service platform, the disabled usually do not queue for some reasons and will quit the queuing system because of impatient mood. In order to simulate the assistive service platform better, this paper respectively put the variable rate of input and the disabled appear impatient mood to multiple assistive volunteers of variable input rate service model, then deduce the main index formula and analyze the application. Modeling data through MATLAB and integrate the improved two models, means to form a new complex model by putting the variable rate of input and the disabled appear impatient mood into multiple assistive volunteers of variable input rate service model at the same time. Analyze and derive the main indicators formula, specialized analysis and compared with single integrated model. Modeling to get the evaluation indexes of the algorithm by MATLAB.This paper focuses on multiple assistive service model with the impatient disabled users and variable input rate and priority. Because in real life, the needs of some users with disabilities will be eager than the ordinary people with disabilities, so this paper proposed the priority to different users with disabilities with the different needs of division, and part of the users have the rights of priority service and the other users become ordinary users who could not enjoy the rights of priority service. And at last, the model would be analyzed detailed. The efficiency and quality of the assistive services would be improved better by assigning classification and priority for the disabled users.
