Compare with the conventional imaging which based on variation of absorption contrast when X-ray passes though the sample, the phase-contrast imaging can clearly recognize structural feature of a sample with light element. It has become a significant technology in materials and medical science; it’s also hot topics of research direction at home and abroad. The focus of the article is the analyzer-based imaging. Including some simulation research work on this imaging method and physical design of the experimental platform. Mainly includes the following points:1) Several kinds of phase-contrast imaging are given respectively, include in-line phase-contrast imaging, grating-interferometer based imaging, and diffraction enhanced imaging. Introduce the analyzer-based imaging in detail before we know the foundation of phase-contrast imaging. We compare several methods about obtaining image, which include diffraction enhanced imaging, generalized diffraction enhanced imaging, and multiple imaging method. Finally, we choose the last one.2) Although the refraction angle got from multiple imaging method is the most accurate in those methods, the refraction angle is smaller than the actual angle. In order to get more accurate refraction angle, we propose several improvements about obtaining image due to the inherent shortcoming of multiple imaging method. After simulation and calculation, we prove the improvements are right, and we provide the most reasonable method.3) In this part we set up experimental platform about analyzer-based imaging with a conventional x-ray resource on the basis of research at home and abroad. Including reasonable design proposal and detailed description about every component.
