The Copper-Molybdenum polymetallic deposite of the Mid-LaLingZaoHuo is located in the North Slope of the East Kunlun, the southern margin of the qaidam basin, Geotectonic belong to qinling-qilian-kulun made east kunlun mountain systems arc basin north of the kunlun compound magmatic belt. The mine is located among east longitude93°14′43″-93°15′04″, north latitude 36°28′53″-36°29′18″, with a total area of 49km2, which is one of the more significant deposits in Qimantage area. But the region lack of comprehensive geological study, the genesis of the deposits in area are complex, and there are still controversial. This article is clearly recognized on the basis of the geological characteristics of LaLingZaoHuo polymetallic deposit, regularizing the genesis of the deposit, but also helps to make guidance on the regional similar ore deposits on the causes of disputes, contribute to the research of metallogenic regularity of the metallogenic subzones, which will benefit the guidance mineral resources exploration and development.In this paper, the combination of the regional tectonic-magmatic evolution of the comprehensive research of the history and related of granite deposits diagenesismineralization age. And to discuss the formation of metal deposits LaLingZaoHuo tectonic environment. We can argue for La LingZaoHuo polymetallic mineralization conditions, the ore-controlling factors and metallogenic mechanism Through detailed field geological observations of granite formation, fracture- fold system and the geological features. Through a comprehensive research of mine geology, deposit geology, ore deposit geochemistry,standard mineralogy, etc. to clarify the type of ore genesis, the establishment of the prospecting model.We have do a lot of field research and an indoor test analysis-research work on The mine,which has made the following progress and achievements:1.Obtained comprehensive, the ore body of The Copper-Molybdenum polymetallic deposite of the LaLingZaoHuo have skarn type and porphyry type. The ore body constitutes the skarn type-porphyry type polymetallic deposit(Fe-Cu-Pb-Zn-Sn-Mo-W)metallogenic series which is relate to the intermediate-acid intrusive rocks.2.The Copper-Molybdenum polymetallic deposite of the La LingZaoHuo occurs in Paleoproterozoic amphibolite member of the Baisahe formation of JinshuiKou group strara and contact zones between the Triassic amedium-grain mphibole quartz diorite and Baishahe formation gneiss, We preliminarily deem after the tectonic-magmatic activity in indosinian,the skarn type-porphyry type molybdenum polymetallic ore is formed. Therefore the future ofthe regional prospecting direction, should focus on finding and Indosinian granite rock strain associated with iron, copper, molybdenum polymetallic deposit.3.By the formation period of granite, combined with regional geological background,with intrusive rocks in the rock assemblage and geochemical characteristics. We can be integrated to draw the diagenetic mineralization environment of La LingZaoHuo polymetallic ore is the post-collisional extensional environment of orogenic stage of late.
